Marketing Manager (M/F/D)

About the Role

The marketing manager is the leading force behind all marketing efforts of the label, regardless whether it is about playlist promotion, release promotion, discovering new opportunities to promote new releases and already existing catalog or working with artists 1:1 to support them building their brand. It is not a delegating role but rather a hands-on position, where you’ll engage with all aspects, from designing creative advertising assets and analyzing trends to creating playlists and talking with artists about their strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Create and oversee ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Reddit

  • Develop advertising strategies, including:

    • Creative ad concepts

    • Promotional videos

    • Target audience analysis

  • Conduct playlist research and curate playlists

  • Work with and coordinate social media influencers to expand Aemeralds’ network and foster connections

  • Find niche social media trends and work on creative ways to use those trends for artist and song promotion

  • Work regularly directly with selected artists to build their social media following and fanbase together   

Requirements

  • Experience in music marketing

  • Great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

  • Passionate about research and new projects

  • You thrive in a creative environment with a lot of freedom and, taking initiative to drive new ideas forward without close supervision
